Sturdy front and rear crossmembers provide a solid mounting point for the OEM lower control arms. A differential skid plate tie the two crossmembers together to create a rigid sub-frame for protection of vital steering and driveline components. Precise engineered 1-piece front strut spacers have a specific ‘Pitch and Index' offset to preserve and prevent CV axle overextension. CNC machined 6061-T6 Aluminum front strut preload spacers, CV axle spacers and driveshaft spacer reposition and correct front driveline angles. Skyjacker Softride(R) spring leafs are tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon(R) wear pads between leafs and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction. Skyjacker's engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel and a smoother, controlled ride. Rear dampening incredibly enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 offer unmatched shock damping and have specific valving and stroke for this application. ADX 2.0 has an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Engineered for higher speed applications, remote reservoir shocks still perform at low speeds. The external remote reservoir separates the nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The majority of the reservoir contains pressurized nitrogen gas.
