At Lots of Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
🔄 Return Window
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
📋 How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed, used, or modified parts
- Electrical components that have been plugged in or tested on a vehicle
- Special order or custom-ordered parts
- Items without original packaging
- Hazardous materials (fluids, chemicals)
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return pickup and ship the correct item at no additional cost. Please take photos of any damage — this helps us process your claim faster.
🔧 Warranty Claims
Many of the parts we sell come with a manufacturer warranty. If you experience a defect covered under warranty, contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer on your behalf to get a replacement or refund.
