CURT 13548 Patriot Install
CURT 13548 also fits 2007–2010 Compass. This Patriot install is the closest official CURT video for that early generation.
Watch on YouTube →Shopping a trailer hitch for a Jeep Compass in Canada? This guide walks every live year lander from 2007 through 2026, compares Class 3 and Class 2 receivers we stock, and stays honest about VIN notes and wiring years that stop early.
All four videos are from the official CURT YouTube channel (@curtmfg). CURT publishes Patriot installs for CURT 13548, CURT 13081, and CURT 12057 — the same hitch families that cover matching Compass years. A dedicated CURT 13363 Compass install is not on the channel today, so we also include the selection video that still applies.

Watch on YouTube →Compass hitch shopping splits by generation and, on some SKUs, by a VIN digit note on the product card. CURT 13363 is the Class 3 two-inch path for 2017 through 2026 Compass. CURT 12174 is the Class 2 option for the same years with a 1.25 inch receiver. Earlier Compass SUVs share Patriot hitches: CURT 13081 or CURT 12057 for 2011–2017, and CURT 13548 for 2007–2010. Jeep’s published Compass tow ratings stay modest, so treat the hitch as a ceiling.
