🚚 How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from one of our depots across Canada. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
💰 Is shipping really free?
Yes! All orders ship free within Canada with no minimum purchase required. We believe in transparent pricing — the price you see is the price you pay.
📍 Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
🔄 Can I return a part?
Yes. Most new, unused, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Check our Return Policy for full details.
🔧 How do I know the part fits my vehicle?
Use our Shop by Vehicle tool at the top of every page. Select your Year, Make, and Model and we'll show you parts that fit. If you're ever unsure, contact us and we'll help you find the right part.

Lots of Parts is a Canadian company based in Toronto, Ontario. We ship from multiple depot locations across Canada to get your parts to you faster.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
🛡️ Do your parts come with a warranty?
Many parts carry the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. If you experience a defect, contact us and we'll handle the warranty claim for you.
