Shipping Policy
Lots of Parts.ca is based in Toronto, Canada and ships orders to customers across Canada. We work with warehouse locations across the country so many orders can ship from the location closest to the delivery address.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free within Canada unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise for an oversized, freight, remote-area, or special-handling item.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Some items may require additional handling time depending on warehouse availability, freight requirements, or supplier processing.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier. Remote locations, oversized freight, weather, carrier delays, or warehouse transfers may extend delivery times.
Carriers
Orders may ship by UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar, Loomis Express, local courier, regional carrier, or freight carrier depending on the item size, weight, warehouse, and destination.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after pickup.
Split Shipments
If an order contains items from more than one warehouse, items may arrive in separate shipments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address error causes a failed delivery, redirect, or return shipment, we will contact you about the available options and any carrier charges that may apply.
