Can I put a bike rack on an S10 with this hitch?
Yes. The 2-inch receiver takes any 2-inch rack, and a loaded rack counts against the hitch's tongue weight (500 lb on CURT 13020), so a four-bike platform rack with bikes on it is well inside the limit.
Can I install the hitch myself?

How much can an S10 tow with a CURT hitch?
