What the series means

The shape follows the vehicle. The series is the metal.

Questions

Does a cat-back replace the catalytic converter?

No. A cat-back starts behind the catalytic converter and runs to the tip. A resonator-back starts further back. An axle-back is the section behind the rear axle. Each system says which one it is.

Why so many systems for the same years?

MBRP builds a different system for each exit and tubing size. The exit, the tubing, and the tip are written here. Open the product page and match the rest of your vehicle before you order.

Which series is louder?

Armor Lite is meant to sound the same as the stainless systems. The series is the metal and the finish.
