Ranger exhaust

MBRP for the RangerMatch the years, then the exit

These are MBRP systems for the Ranger. Match the years to your truck, then where the pipe comes out. Some of the older systems also fit the Mazda B3000 and B4000, and those say so.

Match the exit before you order. The rest of the fit is on the product page. Two systems from the same years can still be different exits or tubing sizes.

What the series means

The shape follows the vehicle. The series is the metal. On Armor BLK, it is also the black finish on the tip.

Value

Armor Lite

Heavy-gauge aluminized steel. Same fit and the same sound as the stainless systems. A sound choice in a dry climate, or when you want that sound without paying for stainless.

Salt and slush

Armor Plus

T409 stainless, with a lifetime warranty. It stands up to rust that eats through the pipe. Road salt can still stain the surface.

Winter

Armor Pro

T304 stainless, the toughest of the three, with a lifetime warranty. Pick this one for salt, slush, and a long winter.

Black tip

Armor BLK

Aluminized tubing, with a high-heat black powder coat on the tailpipe and tip. That black finish is warranted for one year. The pipe underneath stays bare so it can take stone chips.

2024–2026 Ranger

Fits 2024 through 2026 Ranger. It uses a single side exit.

Single side exit

2019–2023 Ranger

Fits 2019 through 2023 Ranger. Start with where the pipe comes out. The exits below are different systems, even in the same years.

Single side exit

Single rear exit

Dual split rear exit

1998–2011 Ranger

Fits 1998 through 2011 Ranger. Each one uses a single side exit.

Questions

Does a cat-back replace the catalytic converter?

No. A cat-back starts behind the catalytic converter and runs to the tip. A resonator-back starts further back. An axle-back is the section behind the rear axle. Each system says which one it is.

Why so many systems for the same years?

MBRP builds a different system for each exit and tubing size. The exit, the tubing, and the tip are written here. Open the product page and match the rest of your vehicle before you order.

Which series is louder?

Armor Lite is meant to sound the same as the stainless systems. Armor BLK is that same system with a black tip. The series is the metal and the finish.
