2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross hitch questions
Which trailer hitch fits a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?
CURT 13273 (Class 3, 2-inch receiver, 3,500 lb) and CURT 12154 (Class 1, 1-1/4 inch receiver, 3,500 lb) both fit. Pick the class that covers your trailer with room to spare, then check the fit table on the product page for your build.
How much can a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross tow with this hitch?
The hitch is rated to 3,500 lb gross trailer weight and 525 lb tongue weight. Your Eclipse Cross has its own tow rating in the owner's manual, and the lower number is your limit. A loaded bike rack counts against tongue weight too.
Do I need a wiring harness for the 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?
If a trailer is going on, yes. Brake and turn signals have to work, and CURT 56296 plugs into the factory connector so the trailer lights follow the Eclipse Cross's. Order it with the hitch and it's one install.
