2024 Subaru WRX hitch questions
Which trailer hitch fits a 2024 Subaru WRX?
CURT 11465 (Class 1, 1-1/4 inch receiver, 2,000 lb), CURT 11663 (Class 1, 1-1/4 inch receiver, 2,000 lb), and CURT 114653 (Class 1, 2,000 lb) all fit. Pick the class that covers your trailer with room to spare, then check the fit table on the product page for your build.
How much can a 2024 Subaru WRX tow with this hitch?
The hitch is rated to 2,000 lb gross trailer weight and 200 lb tongue weight. Your WRX has its own tow rating in the owner's manual, and the lower number is your limit. A loaded bike rack counts against tongue weight too.
Do I need a wiring harness for the 2024 Subaru WRX?
If a trailer is going on, yes. Brake and turn signals have to work, and CURT 56516 plugs into the factory connector so the trailer lights follow the WRX's. Order it with the hitch and it's one install.
