Carnival years we publish (and the gap)

We publish hitch year pages for 2022, 2023, 2025, and 2026 Kia Carnival. A 2024 Carnival lander is not live on this site today even though CURT 13478’s application list includes 2024. Use the product card and the closest live year page carefully — do not invent a 2024 lander link.

Years What we usually stock
2022–2026 Kia Carnival Class 3: CURT 13478 with a 2 inch receiver. Card ratings typically about 4,000 lb trailer and 600 lb tongue. Kia’s own tow package still limits what you can pull.
Wiring (listed Carnival years) Four-flat: CURT 56420. Shopify title leads with Santa Fe and Palisade, but the application text includes 2022–2024 Carnival (and other Hyundai and Kia rows). Confirm Carnival on the card before you buy.
2024 lander No hitch-2024-kia-carnival page today. Hitch hardware still follows CURT 13478’s year list — we just lack that dedicated lander URL.

What CURT 13478 and 56420 are (and are not)

Class 3 with a 2 inch opening is the common path for Carnival owners who want a utility trailer, a small camper within rating, or hitch-mounted accessories that expect that shank size. It is not a free upgrade past Kia’s published numbers. Four-flat wiring covers tail, brake, and turn lamps. If your trailer needs electric brakes, reverse lights, or charge power, you are in seven-way territory — start with the four-pin versus seven-pin guide and do I need a brake controller.

Honest gaps

Lander

2024 page missing

CURT lists 2024 on 13478, but hitch-2024-kia-carnival is not published on this site today.

Wiring title

Shared Hyundai and Kia card

56420’s Shopify title leads with other models. Carnival years still need a clean match on the application list.

Seven-way

Four-flat is not brakes

56420 is a four-flat path. Electric trailer brakes need a separate controller conversation.

Ratings

Vehicle limit wins

Hitch-card pounds do not override Kia’s tow and tongue numbers for your Carnival trim.
