Class 3 or Class 4 on a NV200?
Class 3 is the lighter one, with a 2-inch receiver and 7,500 lb of trailer. It's plenty for a bike rack, a cargo carrier, a utility trailer or a small boat. Class 4 moves you to a 2-inch receiver and 10,000 lb, which is what you want for a camper, a boat or a loaded equipment trailer. Either way the NV200's own tow rating in the owner's manual is the ceiling, and the lower number wins.

Wiring, ball mount and the rest
