A Highlander's floor takes the whole family load: boots up front, car seats in the middle and a third row that may or may not be raised. That last detail matters, because the current truck has one cargo liner cut for behind the second row and another for behind the third.

The current Highlander
Everything in this group fits 2020 through 2026. WeatherTech sells each row as its own FloorLiner, while Husky pairs the front and second row in one box and adds a separate third-seat liner, so the third-row pieces only earn a place when those seats are in the truck.

Many WeatherTech products fit Hybrid trims. The product page for each liner shows the trims it covers, which is where a Hybrid owner can confirm the fit.
Third-generation trucks, 2014 to 2019
The older Highlander has its own WeatherTech front and rear FloorLiner, plus a cargo liner that sits behind the second row. All three are sold only for 2014 through 2019, so a redesigned truck can't borrow them.

Three ways to cover a Highlander
FloorLiner
One piece per row on both bodies, with channels that keep February slush off the carpet. The current truck also gets two cargo lengths.

Highlander questions
Third row up, or folded flat?
If the third row stays up for carpools, the cargo liner made for behind the third row is the one that fits. If it lives folded, the behind-second liner covers the longer floor. On a 2014 through 2019 Highlander, the behind-second version is the one listed.
Hybrid trim: anything different?
Many WeatherTech products name the Hybrid alongside the gas models. Read the trim list on the product page you're looking at rather than hunting for a separate Hybrid part.
FloorLiner against Weatherbeater over three rows?
FloorLiner's walls climb each footwell, which pays off once salt season settles in. Weatherbeater pulls out in one go and rinses clean after a sloppy day at the rink.
