How we choose wheel versus foot without mixing jobs
Use a foot or a board under a foot when the trailer will sit parked on soft ground, asphalt heat, or storage pads. Use a swivel wheel when you need to move a light trailer by hand around the yard or align a coupler without dragging the tongue. Travel with the jack fully raised either way.
